Refund Policy

1. Purchases Made Through Google Play

Purchases made inside our Android application are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds for these purchases are governed by Google Play’s refund policies and are handled through your Google account. In general, Google allows you to request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through the Google Play Store; other requests are considered on a case-by-case basis by Google. We can also assist by coordinating with Google where appropriate.

2. Purchases Made Through Our Website

For purchases made directly on our website through our payment processor, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Because the Ascension License unlocks digital features immediately, refunds after this window are granted only where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

3. What Is Non-Refundable

• Purchases where the premium features have been substantially used.
• Requests made after the applicable refund window, except where required by law.
• Any in-game virtual progress, XP, or cosmetic items earned through normal use.

4. One-Time Purchase, No Subscriptions

The Ascension License is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. You will not be charged on a recurring basis, so there is nothing to cancel. Once purchased, the license remains active on your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

For website purchases, contact us through the support options within the Service with your account email and purchase details. For in-app purchases, use the refund flow in the Google Play Store. We aim to respond to refund requests promptly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
